MerchBoxPro provides tools for merch research, keyword organisation, product visibility checks, project workflows, listing assistance, trend review, and related account features. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the MerchBoxPro website and application.

We use personal information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve MerchBoxPro. This includes authenticating users, saving account work, running requested research or listing workflows, enforcing plan limits, providing support, preventing misuse, sending service messages, fixing bugs, and maintaining reliable app performance.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product usage and improve the service. We do not use your saved workspace content to reveal your private merch ideas publicly.

We do not disclose the internal logic, scoring methods, or proprietary workflows behind MerchBoxPro. We also do not sell personal information for money.

MerchBoxPro is intended for business and creator use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app or by email.
